Mark Edelstein

Mark EdelsteinMark Edelstein is a Co-Managing Partner of Gordon, Edelstein, Krepack, Grant, Felton & Goldstein. His more than 35 years of experience fighting for the rights of those injured on the job have earned him a stellar reputation from clients and colleagues alike.  

Mr. Edelstein has served as president of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) a 1,000-member statewide organization that aims to provide California injured workers the opportunity for fair Workers' Compensation benefits and re-entry into the community as productive citizens. CAAA presented him the Eugene Marias Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2002. He also served as president of the Southern California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.
Mr. Edelstein is a member of the State Bar of California and is past Chair of the Legal Specialization Committee. A staunch advocate for justice, he belongs to the Workers' Compensation Law Advisory Committee, and has taught a course on health-law problems for the indigent at UCLA.

A Martindale Hubbell AV-rated attorney, Mr. Edelstein has been named a Super Lawyer for e many years and has been listed in Best Lawyers® for more than 10 years.

Mr. Edelstein received his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with highest distinction form the State University of New York. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

Mr. Edelstein is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States Supreme Court.
