Adam Dombchik

Adam Dombchik began advocating for the rights of the injured early in his career. He started working for the firm while attending night school at Southwestern University School of Law. He joined as a full-time lawyer after graduation and was named partner in 2005. Mr. Dombchik received the Exceptional Achievement Award in Workers' Compensation Law & Practice from his alma mater.

Recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Specialist in Workers'
Compensation, Mr. Dombchik is a Past President and Legislative Committee Chairperson of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA), a 1,000-member statewide organization that advocates for injured workers’ rights. CAAA is the largest state injured worker advocacy group in the nation. He currently serves on CAAA committees, including the American Medical Association Guidelines Committee and the Regulations Committee.  Previously, he also served as president of CAAA’s Southern California chapter.

Mr. Dombchik has been named one of the Most Influential People in the Workers’ Compensation Industry by the editors of Workers’ Comp Executive. In addition, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of California named him its 2011 Applicants’ Attorney of the Year.

In addition, he routinely writes educational and informational articles for a variety of publications. He has been published in CAAAments, the official publication of CAAA, and Law Enforcement News, the official publication of the Peace Officers Research Association.

Mr. Dombchik received a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication, with honors, from Pennsylvania State University. He is licensed to practice law in California and Florida.
