Heroic Flight Instructor Represented by Howard D. Krepack

Personal Injury attorney Howard Krepack is representing the heroic 52-year-old flight instructor who saved two lives by landing a powerless plane on top of a garage. The former Israeli Air Force airman used such strength to control the plane that he broke his back and sustained other injuries.

The twin-engine Piper Seneca airplane carrying our client and two flight students lost power as it approached Cable Airport in Upland, CA. In an attempt to save both his and the students' lives, the instructor pulled up on the wheel with such force just in time to prevent a head-on crash, finally landing on a garage roof. Not only did he save the life of two students, but prevented injury to persons on the ground.

The law firm is presently looking to bring a lawsuit on behalf of the flight instructor against maintenance operator, Roxy Corp., part of Aero Club, a subtenant of Van Nuys Airport tenant Century Aero Club. The case is currently under investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
