Recent victories for our clients...

Medical Malpractice Victim Wins $931,000 Judgment
Personal Injury attorney Roger Gordon obtained a judgment of $931,000.00 for a registered nurse who entered the hospital for a routine hysterectomy and stay of no more than two days. She ended up remaining for 18 days with agonizing leg pains and the need to undergo many rounds of dialysis.

Our client's hysterectomy took more than six hours during which time her legs were elevated. This lengthy elevation had severe consequences including nerve damage, extreme and burning pain in her legs, along with muscle weakness. The extended elevation also led to acute kidney failure requiring numerous rounds of dialysis. Gordon provided evidence that the physician's failure to reposition her legs to a lower level breached the standard duty of care, and that his negligence was a significant factor in causing unnecessary pain and injuries to our client.

We have obtained significant amounts for those harmed due to negligent medical care and treatment. Please click here for examples.

Elderly Bus Accident Victim Wins $437,000 Settlement

Personal Injury attorney Roger Gordon won a $437,000 settlement for an 89-year-old man injured on the bus by the actions of a negligent bus driver. Our client was not yet fully seated when the bus driver pulled out and swerved to avoid a car. This elderly man landed on his back in extreme pain and was rushed to a hospital where it was determined he had a broken hip requiring surgery. Due to complications, he remained in the hospital for more than a month. Previously an active man who walked up to five miles every day, much of the time now he is confined to his home.

We have obtained noteworthy results for our clients injured in car, bus or bike accidents. Please click here for examples.
