Kelly L. Peterson
Kelly L. Peterson has practiced Workers’ Compensation law on the applicants’ side and from the vantage point of the defense. Such a perspective provides her with a keen analytical eye that enables her to better serve her clients when they sustain a workplace injury.
This is true in every aspect of her case handling, from conducting research and drafting pleadings and briefs to cross-examining physicians and representing applicants at depositions, hearings and trials.
A member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, Ms. Peterson keeps up to date on the legislative changes that impact the state’s injured workers and is dedicated to fighting for justice on their behalf.
Ms. Peterson received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Los Angeles, and earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. She is admitted to practice in the state of California.
