Brant H. Bruner
Brant H. Bruner, a Workers' Compensation associate attorney at Gordon, Edelstein, Krepack, Grant, Felton & Goldstein, LLP, has had a lifetime passion for social justice, which led him to a career as an advocate for the rights of injured workers.
Mr. Bruner regularly demonstrates a keen ability to successfully litigate complicated cases, regardless of whether the injury at issue is severe or minor. He has won several total disability awards at trial. Whether through settlement or litigation, Mr. Bruner has earned a reputation for fighting until his clients receive all the benefits they are entitled to under the law.

Mr. Bruner tailors his case strategy to fit each of his client's best interests. Often times, he will fight just as hard in order to get his client's to successfully return to work following their injuries.
Mr. Bruner handles cases in both the public and private sector, and represents a wide variety of clientele from all walks of life, such as utility workers, county and state employees, nurses, police officers, firefighters, airline employees, teachers and school district employees, grocery and retail clerks, cast and crew members, security guards, and many others. He has knowledge of the ancillary benefit plans provided by a number of employers, such as the Southern California Gas Company and County of Los Angeles. Mr. Bruner also provides trainings on California Workers' Compensation law to multiple labor unions and associations on a regular basis.
Mr. Bruner is an active member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA), and is on CAAA's Regulations Committee, which reviews and comments on proposed legislative changes to the California Labor Code's Regulations section.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bruner worked as a hearing representative, also representing injured workers in their workers' compensation claims, and has remained exclusively on the side of the injured worker throughout his legal career.
Mr. Bruner is admitted to practice law in the state of California. He received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
